1 pound ground sausage
2 cans crescent rolls

Heat oven to 350 F. Unroll crescents. Place on a flat, clean surface side by side and pinch seams together to form a sheet of dough. Place uncooked sausage on a plate and microwave for 45 seconds to reach a soft consistency. With a spatula, spread a thin layer of sausage over the crescent sheet. Roll from top to bottom to form a tube. Cut into 2-inch slices. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Garnish with jam or jelly.
