Frozen Fruit Salad

Servings: About 10
Ingredients
2 cups sour cream
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 banana, diced
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 can Bing cherries, drained and cut into halves (or 12 ounces frozen pitted dark sweet cherries)
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Put paper liners into muffin pans and fill with mixture. Freeze at least 2 hours. Serve frozen.
Note
When frozen through, individual servings can be transferred to freezer bags or other airtight containers for storage.
