Ingredients

1/2-pound (8-ounce) block medium cheddar cheese
1/2-pound (8-ounce) block sharp cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 ounces whipped cream cheese
1 (4-ounce) jar diced pimentos, well drained
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon granulated garlic (or garlic powder)

Instructions

Into a medium bowl, grate cheese using a box grater. Add mustard, mayo, cream cheese, pimentos, black pepper and garlic. Stir to combine. Add salt to taste. Allow to rest several hours in the refrigerator so flavors can develop.
