Byah’s Deviled Eggs
1 dozen eggs
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup yellow mustard
Garlic powder, to taste
Onion powder, to taste
Paprika, optional
Place eggs in a large pot, cover with water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat, cover and cook 10 to 12 minutes. Transfer eggs to ice water to cool. Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a bowl. Add Dijon, mayonnaise, yellow mustard, garlic powder and onion powder, and mix. Fill whites with yolk mixture and sprinkle with paprika.
