1 rack baby back ribs 
Bad Byron’s Butt Rub
Cattlemen’s Carolina Gold barbecue sauce

Heat smoker to 225 F. Rub meat with Bad Byron’s Butt Rub and let sit 30 minutes. Place on smoker for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 160 F. Remove ribs, coat with barbecue sauce and wrap in foil. Return to smoker 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 205 F.
