3 (15-ounce) cans chicken broth
2 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli
1 medium onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (16-ounce) package pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
Combine broth, broccoli, onion and salt and pepper in a 3- to 4-quart pot. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes, or until broccoli and onions are tender. Stir in cheese and cream of chicken soup; heat, stirring, until cheese melts and soup is blended well and heated through. Makes 6-8 servings.
