Ingredients
3 pounds ground beef, browned and drained
1 (46-ounce) ounce can tomato juice
3 (16-ounce) cans chili beans, undrained
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
3 tablespoons chili powder
3 tablespoons sugar
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven, mixing well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Makes about 1 gallon.
