MEATLOAF

Ingredients

1 pound ground chuck
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 cup diced bell pepper
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup margarine, melted
3 tomatoes, chopped
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups fine dry breadcrumbs, toasted
1 cup ketchup

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except ketchup. Form into a loaf. Wrap in foil and place in 9- x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven. Carefully open foil and spread ketchup over top. Makes 6-8 servings.
