SWEET POTATO BAKE

Ingredients

4 large or 5 medium sweet potatoes, peeled
1 cup sugar
1 pint whipping cream

Preparation

Cut 4 or 5 sweet potatoes like thick french fries and spread in oblong baking dish. Sprinkle sugar over potatoes and add whipping cream. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
