Ingredients

1 large can mixed vegetables (drained)
1 1/2 cup diced celery
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated cheese
1 stick margarine, softened
1 sleeve buttery round crackers

Preparation

Mix together first five ingredients and pour into buttered casserole dish. Soften margarine. Add crumbled crackers into mix. Pour over vegetables. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
