Ingredients

¼ cup butter, softened
¼ cup honey
¼ cup sugar
1 egg
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1/3 cup milk
1 cup blueberries

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375F.

In a mixing bowl, cream together butter, honey and sugar. Blend in egg. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to butter mixture. Add milk, stirring to combine. Fold in blueberries. Spoon batter into lightly greased standard size 12-count muffin tin. Bake 20 minutes.
