ORANGE HONEY BUTTER
½ cup butter, softened to room temperature
¼ cup honey
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
2 cups fresh orange juice
In a mixing bowl, whisk butter and honey until creamy. Stir in orange zest. Whisk in orange juice, and whip until creamy. Refrigerate several hours. Spread over bagels, croissants or fresh-baked rolls.
