Sausage Gravy
Ingredients
1 pound ground bulk pork breakfast sausage
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
salt and pepper
Preparation
Cook Time: 15 mins
Makes: 4 cups gravy
Crumble and brown sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the sausage is no longer pink, sprinkle the flour and cook about 2 minutes. Gradually add the milk, stirring well after each addition. Continue to cook until the gravy thickens. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
