COLD PEACH SOUP, Nancy Farrow, Tallapoosa County
Ingredients
2 (15-ounce) cans peaches, undrained
1 (8-ounce) carton sour cream
2 (6-ounce) cartons peach yogurt
1 1/2 cups fresh orange juice
1 cup pineapple juice
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
Preparation
Process peaches in a food processor until smooth. Add sour cream and next four ingredients; process until mixture is blended. Add sugar, stirring well. Cover and chill two hours. Ladle soup into individual serving bowls.
