Ingredients
1 pound pork steak, divided
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup vegetable soup
2 (14-ounce) cans chicken broth
2 (10-ounce) cans Rotel tomatoes
1 diced onion
6 cans green chili peppers
Salt and pepper to taste
2 diced jalapenos (optional)
4 cups water
Preparation
Brown pork in vegetable oil in a 6-quart soup pot. Remove pork and add flour, stirring until golden brown. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
