Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/2 medium onion
5 medium potatoes, drained
20 baby carrots, drained
1 (15.25-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (15-ounce) can early peas, drained
2 quarts tomato juice
Salt and pepper
Oregano leaves
Italian seasoning
Preparation
Brown hamburger meat and onion; drain. Cook potatoes and carrots until tender; drain. In large pan or slow cooker, combine hamburger, onion, potatoes, peas, corn and tomato juice; simmer until hot. Add salt and pepper, oregano and Italian seasoning to taste.
