POTATO SOUP, Virginia Abercrombie, Morgan County
Ingredients
1 bag shredded hash browns
1 cup chopped onions
1 pound Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of celery
1 pint of whipping cream
1 cup coffee creamer (powder)
Preparation
Cover hash browns and onions with water, bring to a boil and cook 15 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and simmer until well blended. (Cheese will be melted.)
