Ingredients
1 can fat-free chicken broth
1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 can whole-kernel corn (with liquid)
1 can fat-free refried beans
1 cup diced, cooked chicken
1 cup salsa
1/2 can green chilies
1/2 small onion, chopped and sauteed
Sea salt to taste
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in large saucepan, and heat over medium-high heat a few minutes. Add sea salt to taste. Double recipe if desired. Soup freezes well.
