Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 (15-ounce) can black beans
1 (15-ounce) can kidney beans
2 (15-ounce) cans whole kernel corn (white or yellow)
1 (15-ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 can Rotel original
1 package taco seasoning
1 package ranch dressing
2 cups water

Preparation

Brown ground beef with chopped onion; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; and then simmer for about 2 hours.
