Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef
1 small package ranch dressing mix
2 packages taco seasoning mix
2 cans white shoepeg corn
1 1/2 cups water
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained
1 (15-ounce) can pinto beans, drained
1 (15-ounce) can kidney beans, drained
1 (15-ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (10-ounce) can Rotel
2 tablespoons minced onion

Preparation

Cook ground beef, drain, and add remaining ingredients. Cook 2 hours in slow cooker or simmer about 30 minutes on the stove.
