STRAWBERRY SOUP, Virginia Saxon, Etowah County
2 quarts strawberries, hulled
Juice of 2 oranges
6 tablespoons confectioner’s sugar
2 (12-ounce) cans peach nectar
3 cups non-fat plain yogurt
In a food processor, combine strawberries and orange juice; blend until smooth. Add sugar. Gradually add the peach nectar, blending well. Add yogurt, blending well until mixed. Refrigerate.
