Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds ground deer or beef, browned and drained
1 cup carrots, drained
1 cup kernel corn, drained
1 cup kidney beans, drained
Onion
1 medium jar taco sauce
1 cup beef bouillon
1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 package taco seasoning
1 can cream of potato soup
Tortilla chips
Grated cheese

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with grated cheese and tortilla chips. You may also garnish with sour cream and cilantro herb blend.
