Ingredients

1 can navy beans
1 can Northern beans
1 can black-eyed peas
1 can lima beans
1 can original Rotel
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
1 can chicken noodle soup, drained, discard the noodles
1 package frozen chopped turnip greens
1 pound pork sausage, crumbled, browned and drained

Preparation

Place the first 8 ingredients in medium-sized stock pot on medium heat. Prepare the sausage and add to the soup mixture. Stir and bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and cook 45 minutes. May add 1-2 cups of water if needed. Ready to serve and enjoy! Makes about 1 gallon of very good soup.
