ANNETTE’S RANCH POTATOES

Ingredients

4 large baking potatoes, baked and cooled*
1 cup prepared ranch dressing
1 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese
Crumbled bacon

Preparation

Peel baked potatoes and slice into 1/2-inch-thick slices. Place sliced potatoes in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Pour dressing over potatoes and toss to coat completely. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Makes 4-6 servings. (*Annette places potatoes in oven with ham for 1 hour at 375 degrees, then removes potatoes from oven, reduces heat and continues baking ham.)
