4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
Pepper to taste
4 strips bacon
1/2 (18-ounce) bottle honey barbecue sauce
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Line a 10-inch baking dish with enough foil to fold over chicken when baking. Pound chicken breasts to flatten slightly; season with pepper to taste. Place chicken in dish and place one strip bacon over each breast. Pour barbecue sauce over chicken. Fold foil over chicken and seal. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn oven to broil. Open foil and broil until bacon is crisp, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over all and broil 3-4 minutes longer, until cheese melts. Makes 4 servings.
