FRESH APPLE CAKE

Ingredients

2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 cups self-rising flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups fresh diced apples
1 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, blending well. Pour into a greased 9- x 13-inch pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour, or until cake tests done.
