GREEN BEAN & CORN CASSEROLE

Ingredients

2 (16-ounce) cans French-cut green beans, drained
1 (11-ounce) can white shoepeg corn, drained
1 onion, chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8-ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 tube round buttery-flavored crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Preparation

Blend together the green beans, corn, onion, sour cream, cheese, soup and water chestnuts in a bowl. Pour into a greased 9- x 13-inch casserole dish. In a small bowl, combine crushed crackers and butter. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until bubbly. Makes 10-12 servings.
