FRIED CHICKEN
Ingredients
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups milk
1 egg
4 cups plain flour
4 tablespoons Creole seasoning
2 tablespoons black pepper
1 (48-ounce) bottle canola oil
Preparation
Combine milk and egg in one bowl. In another bowl, mix flour, Creole seasoning and pepper. Place chicken breasts, one at a time, in milk mixture, then dredge in flour mixture. In a large Dutch oven, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken, reduce heat to medium and fry about 10 minutes, until golden brown. Makes 6 servings.
