GARLIC GRITS CASSEROLE
1 cup grits
4 cups water
2 teaspoons salt
1 stick margarine, cut into pieces
1 6-ounce tube Kraft garlic cheese, cubed
2 eggs, beaten
Cook grits in salted water according to package directions. Add margarine and cheese, stirring to melt. In a separate bowl, add small amount of grits to eggs to temper. Combine, then return to remaining grits, stirring to mix. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour until lightly browned.
