Ingredients

1 1/2 cups corn meal mix
1 can cream-style corn
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
2 eggs
1/4 cup sweet milk
1/2 cup cooking oil
2-3 hot peppers, finely chopped
Pinch of salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together just until combined. Pour into greased iron skillet. Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown.
