Ingredients

1 pound mild bulk sausage
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup chopped celery
1 clove minced garlic
1 cup uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Preparation

Brown sausage in a skillet; drain. Add onion, pepper, celery, and garlic to sausage and cook until tender. Rinse rice and drain well; add to sausage. Gently stir in soups. Pour into 9- x 12-inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally while it bakes.
