SALMON CROQUETTES

Ingredients

1 can salmon, drain but reserve juice
1 egg
1/2 cup plain flour, sifted
1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation

Mix drained salmon with egg; add flour and mix well. Add reserved liquid to baking powder and allow to fizz. Add liquid to salmon and combine. Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil. Fry until crispy and brown.
