COLE SLAW WITH GREEN APPLES
Ingredients
DRESSING:
1 cup good quality mayonnaise
1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
SLAW:
1 medium head green cabbage, shredded
1 medium sweet onion, finely chopped
1 carrot, grated
2 tart green apples, chopped
Preparation
Mix dressing well and pour over mixed slaw; refrigerate for several hours before serving.
