Slow Cooker Potato Soup

Start-to-finish: 8 hours, Serves 6-8

1 32-ounce package hash browned potatoes

32 ounces chicken broth

1 10.5-ounce can cream of chicken soup

1 8-ounce package cream cheese

Salt and pepper

Grated cheese 

Bacon bits

Preparation

Place hash browned potatoes, chicken broth and cream of chicken soup in slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours. Add cream cheese at the last hour. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with cheese and bacon bits.
