Ingredients

Start-to-finish: 8 hours, 10 minutes (10 minutes active)

Baby carrots

1 roast, any cut or size

1 package onion soup mix

10.5-ounce can cream of mushroom soup

White rice, cooked 

Preparation

Place carrots in bottom of slow cooker. Place roast on top. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Place cream of mushroom soup on top. Add a little water. Cook on low 8 hours.
Serve with white rice.
