Ingredients

1 cup self-rising cornmeal mix 

2 eggs 

1/2 cup oil 

1/2 can creamed corn 

1 cup sour cream 

1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into a greased 9-by-9-inch baking pan. Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes.
