BLUEBERRY COBBLER

Ingredients

4 cups blueberries, divided
1/2 cup water, divided
1 1/2 cups sugar, divided
1 stick butter or margarine, divided
1 (10-count) can buttery-flavored biscuits

Preparation

Combine 2 cups blueberries, 1/4 cup water, 1 cup sugar and 1/2 stick butter in a large oven-proof baking dish. Place over medium heat on stove burner and bring to a boil. While berries boil, roll out biscuit dough and cut into 1-inch strips. Place half of the strips over boiling berries and let boil 2 minutes. Turn oven to broil and place baking dish in oven; broil until dough is browned. Remove dish from oven. Pour remaining berries, water and sugar on top and dot with 1/2 stick butter. Top with remaining biscuit strips. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
