4 cups fresh or frozen, thawed blueberries
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons margarine, softened
3 (1.5-ounce) packets of instant oatmeal with maple and brown sugar
In a 9-inch pie plate, toss blueberries with sugar. In a small bowl, combine margarine and instant oatmeal until mixture forms coarse crumbs; sprinkle over blueberries. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes, until mixture bubbles around the edge and topping is light brown. Makes 6 servings.
