Ingredients

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup milk
1 cup blueberries

Preparation

In a small mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar. In a separate bowl, blend egg, butter and milk. Add flour mixture to egg mixture, stirring only until flour is moistened. The batter should be lumpy; do not overmix. Fold in blueberries. Spoon batter into greased muffin tins, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly browned and tops spring back when pressed. Makes 12.
