Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni
1 (14.5-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (14.5-ounce) can petite diced tomatoes
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded

Preparation

In a skillet, brown ground beef with onion and bell pepper. Cook macaroni according to directions on package. Mix ground beef, macaroni, tomato sauce and diced tomatoes in 13-inch by 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cook at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
