MOM’S FAVORITE ROAST

Ingredients

1 roast (chuck or shoulder)
4 medium red potatoes, quartered
1 small onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Put roast in roasting pan, adding enough water to cover bottom. Place potatoes and onions around roast. Pour soup over roast and add salt and pepper to taste. Cook in 350-degree oven for 3 hours.
