3 tablespoons apricot Jell-O
1 cup sugar
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
6 to 8 medium peaches, peeled and sliced
1 baked pie shell
8 ounces frozen whipped topping
Mix Jell-O, sugar, flour and milk in saucepan. Cook until thick. Place peaches in pie shell. Pour Jell-O mixture over peaches and cool. Top with whipped topping before serving.
