Tomato Focaccia
Ingredients

Start-to-finish: 20 minutes, 5 minutes active. Serves 4
1 tube Pillsbury pizza crust
1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
2 tomatoes or 4 roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon oregano
¼ teaspoon sea salt
Preparation
Heat oven to 400 F. Lightly grease a cookie sheet.
Place the crust on the cookie sheet and flatten to fit. Brush olive oil over the crust. Top with tomato slices. Sprinkle with cheese, oregano, and sea salt. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until nicely browned.
