GREEN GRAPE SALAD
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoons sour cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 pounds green seedless grapes, washed and dried well
1/4-1/2 cup brown sugar
Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and sour cream in a bowl, blending well; stir in vanilla. Fold in grapes. Cover and chill. Sprinkle with brown sugar just before serving. Makes 8-10 servings.
