Ingredients

1 (5-ounce) package medium egg noodles
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon butter
1 (2.5-ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 (15-ounce) can early English peas, drained
1/2-3/4 cup crushed round buttery-flavored crackers

Preparation

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. To hot noodles, add cream cheese, Cheddar cheese and butter, stirring until melted. Stir in mushrooms, onion, pepper and peas. Spoon into a greased 10- x 6-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle crumbs around edges. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
