PINEAPPLE SALAD

Ingredients

2 cups water
1 small box lime Jell-O
20 marshmallows
1 (8-ounce) cream cheese
1 (4-ounce) crushed pineapple with juice
1 (8-ounce) whipped topping

Preparation

Place 2 cups of water in a sauce pan over medium heat. Add Jell-O and stir until dissolved. Stir in marshmallows until melted. Cool in refrigerator. In another bowl, beat in cream cheese and pineapple with an electric mixer. Add Jell-O mixture and combine. Fold in whipped topping. Mix until fluffy, then transfer to a serving bowl to chill thoroughly.
