SLOW COOKER BEEF ROAST

Ingredients

1 medium-sized sirloin roast
1 (10-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 to 2 soup cans of water
1 package onion soup mix

Preparation

Place roast in slow cooker. Pour mushroom soup and water over roast, then sprinkle on onion soup mix. Cook on high overnight or until meat is tender.
