Ingredients

Start to finish: 40 minutes 
Servings: 12 
1 stick butter
Dozen ears fresh sweet corn, kernels removed from cob
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 F. While oven is preheating, melt butter in a large cast iron skillet. Add corn, salt and pepper and bake until edges are crispy, about 30 minutes.
