Ingredients

3 tablespoons butter
6 ears fresh sweet corn, kernels removed from cob
Salt and pepper to taste 

Preparation

Heat butter in a cast iron skillet. Add corn, salt and pepper and cook until corn reaches desired crispiness, stirring constantly.
