1 tablespoon canola oil
1 pound thin boneless pork chops, cut into strips
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder
Four 8-inch flour tortillas
2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
1/2 cup French-fried onions
Preparation
In a large skillet, heat oil and cook pork 5 minutes. Add teriyaki sauce and onion powder. Cook 3 minutes. Place 2/3 cup cooked pork in tortilla center. Top with lettuce and onions.
